5 Stars – Exceptional Home Inspection Service! I recently used Blue Guardian Home Inspections for a pre-purchase inspection, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Peter did an excellent job inspecting our house. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining everything he found in a way that was easy to understand. He went through every nook and cranny of the home, carefully identifying everything from serious repairs to small DIY fixes. Peter was awesome! He was super thorough and checked everything around the house! Foundation, appliances, plumbing, electric, gas, roof, ceilings. I was amazed that he even climbed up into the attic! After the inspection, he walked me through each room explaining what he found, gave recommendations on how to maintain the home, and also provided a list of contacts for repairs and maintenance. Later he also sent me a detailed report of the inspection which also had explanations for how everything works. If I ever need another inspection, I will definitely reach out to Peter or Blue Guardian again!

This is one of the easiest reviews I will ever write. We contacted the team with less than 24 hours' notice (closer to 12-15) and they were able to accommodate the request. I wasn't sure about whether or not to do certain tests; Peter was patient and detailed with his responses, including setting expectations about the process. We arrived mid-inspection to take measurements and other pre-move in activities and the real estate agent mentioned Peter was early (in a positive way!) to the appointment and began as soon as he had access. A few others joined during the inspection and Peter was endlessly patient with the questions he received (and ultimately, that answering them pulled him away from his work) and as explained, took us through the entire house after the inspection, allowed us to ask many questions, explained his point of view and offered next steps and timing. This could not have been a better experience. We will always recommend them.

Peter was great! He did a home inspection for a property we are purchasing in the Plainfield area. It was a very thorough inspection and he answered all of our questions!
