Updated: The below review was from 9months ago. That review still holds true today. I was interested in another home recently and I made sure my realtor contacted Blue Guardian Home Inspections (Mr. Mowry) for the pre purchase home inspection. During this inspection I received the same in-depth information about the property that again would allow my husband and I to make an informed decision. Very consistent in his dedication to the work he does and the service he provides. From nine months ago: I was so happy with Mr. Peter Mowry!!!! Peter was very detailed with his inspection, which meant it took a few hours. For me that was time and money well spent. I felt like he was working in our best interest. He was very thorough which allowed my husband and I to make an informed decision. When the time comes to sell our home or to find a home that works for us I would definitely hire Mr. Mowry. He was fair and honest in his communications and in no way did he tell us what to do or what we should decide. Thanks again Mr. Mowry!!

Peter was so helpful and did such an amazing detailed inspection. He answered all of our questions and even used a drone to scope out the outside of the house, garage and roof. They are a family owned business and I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially first time home buyers that might not know much about all a home entails.
