We used Blue Guardian Home Inspection to check our new construction home before the one-year warranty was up, and they were fantastic! Scheduling was a breeze. Other companies wanted me to fill out forms just so they could call me with quotes, and when I didn’t, they kept following up, which was super annoying. With Blue Guardian, it was completely hassle-free—I just logged in, answered a few easy questions, got the quote right away, and scheduled online. The inspector was incredibly thorough and spent extra time to make sure nothing was missed. They checked appliances, systems, and even found little things like screw pops that we never would’ve thought to look for. Throughout the inspection, they kept us updated, explaining what they were finding and what to expect in the detailed report. The report itself was excellent—super detailed and easy to understand. They even gave us recommendations for contractors who could handle repairs outside of warranty, complete with estimated pricing, which was so helpful. The web portal made everything simple to access too. Overall, they made the whole process easy and stress-free. This was such a good investment, and I’d highly recommend Blue Guardian to anyone!
